Draw on the hushed, energising atmosphere of your Alpine holiday surrounded by undisturbed nature to find or to boost your own inner strength. Yoga exercises help you to do it. This holistic practice promotes awareness of your body, concentration and your ability to relax. Flexibility, balance and breathing are all targeted and trained, and the sense of well-being it provides is profound and all-encompassing. We offer group yoga session weekly or on request, either out in the fresh air or in our yoga room. And if you want to try your hand at yoga for the first time during your holiday here, or to bring your own yoga experience to a deeper level, we’re there to help: We will be delighted to organise your own tailor-made yoga sessions and offer you individual sessions.
