Everything you need to know about the hotel and chalets

 

Arrival and departure
For arrivals after 6pm we kindly ask you to advise us by telephone.
We will be pleased to satisfy your request for rooms or chalets. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee fixed room numbers.

 

All inclusive formula for children
Meals consumed outside of the alpine Hotel Taser for families are excluded (for example for day trips).

 

Price informations

  • For stays with duration of less than three days we will apply a supplement calculated as 20% per person per day or per unit occupied.
  • For each person in addition we calculate a surcharge (Chalets and Farmhouse)
  • The daily charge for dogs is € 18,00 (without food) and includes special cleaning of the room on departure.
  • For each evening meal not consumed, we will credit you € 10,00 against the price of the stay.
  • Price variations are possible for legally binding reasons. Preceding price lists will therefore lose all validity.

 

Hotel bill
The hotel bill may be settled in cash or with credit card (Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, Maestro Debit).  For payment in cash a discount of 1, 5% will be applied.

 

Conditions of cancellation

  • Regardless of the time of cancellation, a booking processing fee of  EUR 30 will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation of your booking from 90 to 30 days prior to arrival 25% of the entire reservation period will be charged
  • while 70% will be charged for cancellations from 30 to 7 days in advance.
  • For cancellations from 7 days in advance, 90% of the total reservation price will be charged.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge you with the total price (independent of whether the rooms have been assigned to other guests).

 

We would like to advice you, that your reservation will be canceled in the event of an unexcused delay of more than 36 hours. We reserve the right to claim compensation for the entire damage caused to us.

To protect yourselves in these situations, we strongly advise you to undertake a travel insurance policy.

 

 

Free Internet
Internet is available in reception and in the restaurant via WIFI and in the rooms and chalets through LAN connection.

 

E-car charging station
There are two 11 kW charging stations at the valley station of the cable car.
